“I’d say on s scale 1 – 10, I was on 0 when we began the session and I was having a nervous breakdown and panic attacks, the state that I was in, it could’ve been very hard for people to handle virtually but you dealt with it easily!
We started with identifying our triggers and then worked on emotional and physical regulation to gain clarity and figure out my real triggers whether it’s really catastrophic or not.
We then did various grounding exercises and breath work.
Along side all of that and most importantly your great listening skills, empathetic approach and psycho-education helped me calm down a lot!
Forever grateful for all that!”

“Iqra , when I felt I was caged inside myself! My thoughts were hurting me and I was so hopeless and helpless ! I just looked up and prayed to god to send help ! And then I found you. I went for it! I never considered therapy before , I was sceptical, scared and ashamed, kind of . But I convinced myself I need to do this.
You helped me untangle my thoughts! You helped me with my anxiety. Following your technique worked for me indeed.
But those worked temporarily! Till the time I listened to you ! Till the time I talked to you!
I believe therapy isn’t just a course of medicine one take for a few days and everything is all right!
Mental health require consistent care , discipline to follow one’s therapist advice and lots and lots of support.
So, Thank you for being there for me ! Thank you for your amazing work ! Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your support.”

Questions, answered gently
Starting therapy can bring up a lot of questions. You’re not alone—and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out.
How can I book a session?
You can book a time that suits you through Request an Appointment. Once you submit your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is taken seriously. Confidentiality and its limits are explained clearly at the start, so you can feel safe and informed.
Do I need a diagnosis to begin?
No. You don’t need a label or a diagnosis to seek support. If something feels heavy, confusing, or hard to manage alone, therapy can help.
How do I know whether therapy is right for me?
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low, or not quite like yourself, therapy can offer clarity and steadier coping tools. You’re welcome to reach out even if you’re unsure.
What can I bring to therapy?
Anything that’s affecting your wellbeing—anxiety, low mood, stress, sleep concerns, addictions, phobias, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and life transitions. We’ll take it one step at a time.
Do you offer online and in-person therapy?
Yes. You can choose online sessions (available worldwide) or in-person sessions in Hyderabad—by prior appointment.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Hyderabad, conveniently near Narsingi, Manikonda, Kokapet, and Tolichowki. Sessions are by appointment only.
How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 60 minutes. Couple sessions may extend up to 90 minutes when needed, so both partners have time to be heard.
What does “couple therapy” mean here?
Couple sessions are for partners attending together. We focus on communication, understanding patterns, and practical tools you can use between sessions.
Psychologist vs. psychiatrist—what’s the difference?
Psychologists provide therapy and psychological assessments to help you understand what you’re experiencing and build practical coping tools. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who can diagnose mental health conditions and prescribe medication when needed. If medication support may be helpful, we can collaborate with or refer you to a trusted psychiatrist as part of your care.
What languages are sessions offered in?
Sessions are offered in English and Hindi/Urdu. If you have a language preference, mention it while booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer teen counseling?
Yes. Teen counseling supports emotional wellbeing, coping skills, confidence, and school or relationship stress—at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
Ready to take the next step?
